New Zealand’s Daryl Mitchell proved his worth as the most expensive international bid in the auction, going to Rawalpindi for 8.05 crore. He beat out David Warner (7.9 cr) for the overseas spot.
The greatest surprise of the evening was Khawaja Nafy. His bidding started at the base price of 1.1 crore and soared to an impressive 6.5 crore, demonstrating that franchises are willing to spend a significant amount on a young, explosive domestic talent.
Qalanadrs didn’t hesitate to spend nearly 15.5 crore just to bring back their core local duo, Fakhar Zaman and Haris Rauf.
